Discovery Call
The first step in getting care with us is a free 15-minute Discovery Call. During this call, Dr. Tanner Wilson will talk with you about your current issues and situation to determine if our clinical model is a good fit for you. If your condition is something we can help with, we will schedule your initial Functional Medicine Assessment.
Consultation
Once we have booked your consultation, we’ll email you our patient intake forms to complete and return to us. We’ll send you a HIPAA-compliant link for your telehealth consultation, which will last between 60 and 90 minutes. During this consultation, Dr. Tanner will take a comprehensive medical history and based on this assessment, he’ll make recommendations for a personalized treatment plan.
Our treatment plans are subscription-based plans tailored to your specific needs—we don’t offer cookie cutter care here! Plans can be 3, 6 or 8 months long, and we offer financing options for any length of plan.
Lab Work and Supplements
Because we offer a science-based approach to care, we will order the appropriate lab work to identify the root cause of your symptoms. We’ll ship lab kits to your door, and you can complete them and return them to us via FedEx. If blood work is necessary, we’ll send you the orders, and you can complete it at a convenient phlebotomy clinic. We work with many phlebotomy labs in Kansas.
Based on the results of your tests, Dr. Tanner will formulate a personalized and comprehensive treatment plan which includes dietary modifications, lifestyle interventions, and evidence-based supplementation. All supplements will be shipped directly to you.
