Led by Brianna Cole, APRN, and supported by Dr. Tanner Wilson, this concierge-style membership gives patients time, access, and deep diagnostic care for both acute and chronic concerns.
DPC Membership Includes:
- Unlimited in-person and telehealth visits
- Same-day or next-day appointments
- Direct access to your provider via text, phone, and email
- Annual and semi-annual lab work, including metabolic, thyroid, inflammatory, and cardiometabolic panels
- Chronic disease management: insulin resistance, PCOS, hypertension, autoimmune conditions, and thyroid dysfunction
- Acute/urgent care for infections, rashes, minor injuries, and symptom flares
