Longevity Care
A proactive approach to longevity designed to optimize how you feel and function today while protecting your health, performance, and independence for the decades ahead.

Longevity Care, in detail
An annual physical tells you whether you are sick today. It says nothing about the next thirty years, or what to do about them. Longevity care treats healthspan as something to measure and act on: we assess the systems that decide how long you stay capable, cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, cognitive and musculoskeletal, then intervene while the trajectory is still yours to change.
This suits you if you are in your thirties through sixties without a diagnosis and want your risk measured before it becomes a condition, or if you are performing at a level you intend to hold for decades. It asks you to act on what we find: your training, food and sleep are what move these markers. It does not replace cancer screening, cardiology care or your primary care physician.
VO2 max, which measures the oxygen your body can use at full effort and is among the strongest predictors of how long you stay capable. ApoB and Lp(a): ApoB counts the particles that lodge in artery walls, and Lp(a) is a largely inherited risk marker worth knowing once. Biologic age, inflammation, metabolic markers and full hormone status, read against your own trend. Then your training zones, nutrition targets and therapy where the numbers justify it.
Your care plan is built around comprehensive assessment, advanced testing, and ongoing clinical interpretation, not a one-time visit. It includes in-depth 120-minute consultations, dedicated lab reviews, personalized health and longevity planning, and continued refinement as your data and goals evolve. Your fitness testing happens in Overland Park, and the rest can run by telehealth.
Common questions
The ones we are asked most about Longevity Care.
It is one of the strongest predictors of how long you stay capable, and it responds fast to the right training. Highly predictive and highly changeable at once — which is why it is worth measuring, and measuring again.
Because LDL estimates the cargo and ApoB counts the vehicles, and it is the vehicles that lodge in an artery wall. Two people with identical LDL can carry very different risk. ApoB is what tells them apart.
It can be estimated, and it is useful as a direction of travel rather than a verdict. We track it, and we weight your cardiovascular, metabolic and hormone markers more heavily than the single number.
